Chocolate kiwi

Fancy something sweet? These delicious chocolate kiwis are the perfect summer snack for warm days! The sweet and sour taste of kiwi, the slightly bitter-sweet taste of chocolate and the sweet coconut flakes make this snack irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients (2 servings):

2 kiwis

100g dark chocolate

2 tablespoons grated coconut

Preparation:

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into slices about 1cm thick

  2. Now roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a heat-resistant container over a water bath.

  3. Then dip half of the kiwi slices individually into the melted chocolate and lick onto a baking paper

  4. Now sprinkle the coconut flakes over the chocolate-covered kiwi slices

  5. Put the chocolate covered kiwi slices in the freezer and let them freeze for about 1 hour, until they become firm

  6. Remove from the freezer and enjoy!
