Paleo recipe - cauliflower pizza

Ingredients for 1 sheet metal pizza (approx. 4 portions):

for the ground:

1 cauliflower

4 eggs

4 tablespoons of coconut flour

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 pinch of salt

2 tablespoons of olive oil

for covering:

250ml passed tomatoes

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 teaspoon of thyme

1 pinch of salt

some pepper

1 BUND Frischer Rucola

4-6 slices Parma ham

40g pine nuts

5-7 dried tomatoes

Preparation:

Pizza walls:

Heat the oven to 200 ° C. Wash the cauliflower and remove stalk and leaves. Shine the florets of the cauliflower (if possible with a food processor) until they are about the size of rice grain. Then mix the cauliflower mass with the eggs, the coconut flour, the oregano and a pinch of salt.

Spread a baking sheet lined with baking paper with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then distribute the cauliflower mass evenly on the baking sheet and spread the edge of the mass with 1 further tablespoon of olive oil. Slide the cauliflower pizza base for about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Tomato sauce:

Mix the passed tomatoes with oregano, thyme, salt and pepper and spread the sauce evenly on the pizza base (after the floor was baked for 15-20 minutes). Push the pizza including the tomato sauce into the oven again for about 3-5 minutes.

Arrange:

Get the pizza out of the oven (be careful, hot!) And occupy them after Parma ham with arugula, chopped dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
