Are you looking for a simple, yet delicious low carb recipe? We have prepared a low carb wrap variation for you, which you can quickly prepare yourself and for which you only need a few ingredients. Here we go!
You can of course also fill the wrap with other ingredients, according to your taste. But make sure that the filling is low carb and only use permitted foods.

Ingredients for 1 large wrap (approx. 2 portions):
For the wrap:
2 eggs (size M)
For the filling:
2-3 tablespoon of cream cheese (nature)
1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
approx. 5-7 cherry tomatoes
approx. 2-3 slices of ham (by choice)
Heat the oven to 160 ° C top/bottom heat. Cut the Mozzarella small and put it in a blender together with the eggs. Mix the mass until the dough is nice and fluid and do not contain any pieces. Now distribute the dough evenly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Try to spread the dough so that a rectangle is created. Put the dough into the oven for 10-15 minutes so that it becomes firm and gets a light tan. Then take the finished wrapt dough out of the oven and let it cool down a little.
We prepare a herbal curd for the filling. To do this, cut the fresh chives and parsley very small. Put the cream cheese with the natural yogurt and the cut herbs in a bowl. Mix the ingredients and taste the curd well with salt and pepper. If the curd is too firm for you, you can add a little more natural yoghurt.
Now spread the cooled wrap with the herb curd. Then occupy it with ham, rocket and quartered cherry tomatoes. Season the wrap with salt and pepper as desired.
Finally, roll the wrap, done! Enjoy your meal!
