    First preheat the oven to 175 °C fan oven

    Now mash the avocado and mix with the egg and cheese

    Then pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and use a spatula to spread 2 large flatbreads onto the tray and place in the oven for approx. 30 minutes

    Meanwhile, fry the vegan mince in a hot pan and season with cumin, paprika powder, salt and onion powder

    Finally, fill the avocado taco shell with the vegan mince, peppers, cucumber, lettuce, grated cheese and Vega cream
