Ingredients (2 portions):

For the taco shells:

1 avocado

1 egg

60g grated cheese

For the filling:

Vegan mince

Cumin powder

Paprika powder

salt

Onion powder

Paprika

Cucumber

Tomato

Lettuce

Grated cheese

Vega cream


Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 175 °C fan oven

  2. Now mash the avocado and mix with the egg and cheese

  3. Then place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread 2 large flatbreads on the tray using a spatula and place in the oven for approx. 30 minutes

  4. Meanwhile, fry the vegan mince in a hot pan and season with cumin, paprika powder, salt and onion powder

  5. Finally, fill the avocado taco shell with the vegan mince, peppers, cucumber, lettuce, grated cheese and Vega cream

  6. Serve and enjoy!
