Low-sugar pumpkin muffins

Looking for the perfect snack for fall? Then we've got just the thing for you! These healthy, sugar-free pumpkin muffins are the perfect snack. They are particularly moist and do not contain any butter or industrial sugar. So give them a try right away!

Ingredients (12 pieces):

2 tbsp chia seeds

250g pumpkin puree

90g maple syrup

90g tahini

220g spelt flour

40g coconut blossom sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg powder, clove & ginger

2 tsp baking powder

100ml oat milk

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar



  1. First cut the pumpkin into small pieces and puree

  2. Now mix together the chia seeds, water, maple syrup and tahini

  3. Then add the pumpkin puree and mix with a whisk

  4. Then add the coconut blossom sugar, oat milk, spelt flour and all the spices and apple cider vinegar and mix everything well again

  5. Finally, pour the batter into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approx. 25 mins.

  6. Leave to cool and enjoy!
