Ingredients (1 portion):

2 eggs

1 protein wrap

½ tomato

½ avocado

¼ Cucumber

30g gratin cheese

Handful of rocket

Optional - Crema Di Balsamico


  1. First break the eggs and whisk them together in a bowl

  2. Now heat a pan with a little oil, spread the cheese in it and add the egg mixture

  3. Then place the wrap directly on the egg mixture in the pan and leave to set

  4. Meanwhile, wash and chop the avocado, tomato and cucumber, wash the rocket

  5. Then remove the wrap from the pan, top with the rocket, avocado, cucumber and tomato, optionally add Crema Di Balsamico on top

  6. Finally, close and enjoy!
