Do you love pizza, but are on a low-calorie diet and want to avoid gluten? No problem with our delicious recipe for this low carb pizza. Instead of normal flour, we use oat flour, which is more nutritious and gluten-free, making the pizza much healthier. A pizza that is both delicious and healthy!

Ingredients (1 portions):

For the dough:

100 g oat flour

150 g low-fat quark

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ tsp salt 

For the topping:

Tomato sauce

Red onion

Tomatoes

Grated cheese

rocket

Parmesan cheese

Olive oil


Preparation:

  1. First preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
  2. Now place all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, knead into a smooth dough and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and onion.
  4. Now roll out the dough, add the tomato sauce, grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and onions and place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
  5. Then remove the pizza from the oven, top with rocket, Parmesan cheese and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Enjoy!
