500g quark

3-4 strawberries

1/2 packet of custard powder (vanilla flavor)

agave syrup

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the quark with the pudding powder and agave syrup 

  2. Now pour the quark mixture into a casserole dish or microwave-safe cup and top with the strawberries

  3. Then place the baking dish or cup in the microwave at high power for approx. 5 mins.

  4. Remove the cheesecake from the microwave and leave to cool
