Healthy chocolate yogurt snack

Ice cold, healthy, quick to make and really tasty! The frozen Yogurt Bites with a chocolate coating are the perfect low carb snack for the warm summer days. Because let's be honest, a refreshment can't hurt in warm temperatures, can it? Jessi shows you how to make the healthy chocolate yogurt snack very easily.

Ingredients (4 portions):

Blueberries

yoghurt

Dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Wash the blueberries and put them in a bowl

  2. Now add the yogurt to the blueberries and mix together

  3. Then, using a tablespoon, place small heaps of the yogurt-blueberry mixture on a plate lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for approx. 2 hours

  4. Finally, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave, dip the mounds in and place back on the baking paper to harden

  5. Enjoy!
