Ingredients (2 waffles):

1 cup sushi rice

yoghurt

5 strawberries

pistachios

Preparation:

  1. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions 

  2. Now put the rice in a waffle iron and bake into a waffle

  3. Leave the waffle to cool briefly and then top with yogurt, strawberries and chopped pistachios

  4. Enjoy!
