Turmeric Curry Cups

Tortilla cups are ideal as a starter, main course or snack. These cups are made from soft Tortilla wraps and you can easily fill them to your liking.

Ingredients (6 cups):

Tortilla wraps

Cheese 

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tortilla wraps into small circles that fit into a muffin tin

  2. Place the tortilla circles in the muffin tin and press down gently to form small cups

  3. Now add a tablespoon of the turmeric curry bowl from LiveFresh into the tortilla cups

  4. You can then sprinkle the tortilla cups generously with grated cheese

  5. Bake the tortilla cups for approx. 10-12 mins. or until the cheese has melted and the tortilla cups are crispy

  6. Remove the tortilla cups from the oven and allow them to cool slightly
