Ingredients (2 portions):
100g dark chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave
Cut the avocados lengthwise and place the flesh in a bowl
Now add the cocoa and agave syrup to the avocados and blend everything with a hand blender or in a mixer until you have a smooth cream
Then add the melted chocolate to the avocado and cocoa mixture and mix everything together well
Pour the chocolate cream into a sealable jar or bowl and place in the fridge for at least an hour to set
Serve the chocolate cream as a spread, as a topping for yogurt or fruit or simply on its own as a healthy and delicious snack
