Conditions of participation for the 2024 Halloween competition

1. Organizer
   The organizer of the competition is LiveFresh GmbH, represented by Simon Storz and Benedikt Schellinger, with registered office at Am take Off Gewerbepark 27c, 78579 Neuhausen ob Eck, Germany
2. Period of participation
   The competition takes place in the period from 27.10.2024, 00:00, to 31.10.2024, 23:59. All orders placed during this period in the LiveFresh online store are automatically entered into the competition.
3. Eligibility to participate
   All natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of LiveFresh GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
4. Participation in the competition
   Participation takes place automatically by completing an order in the LiveFresh online store (www.livefresh.de) during the participation period. No minimum order value is required. Every 100th order (max. 50 orders) will be treated as a prize.
5. Prize
   The winner will receive a refund of the shopping cart value of the winning order. Only the amount actually paid will be taken into account. Promotions and discount codes applied to the order will be taken into account in the credit note. The prize is limited to a maximum of 50 orders.
6. Determination of the winners
   The winners will be chosen at random. Every 100th order completed during the participation period will win. The winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the end of the promotion.
7. Exclusion from the competition
   LiveFresh reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they violate the conditions of participation or manipulate the participation process.
8. Crediting of the prize
   The prize will be credited to the payment method used for the order. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.
9. Modification and termination of the competition
   LiveFresh reserves the right to change or prematurely end the competition at any time without giving reasons. This applies in particular in the event of technical or legal problems that affect the proper running of the competition.
10. Data protection
    As part of the competition, participants' personal data (e.g. name and email address) will be collected for the purpose of running the competition and processed. This data is not passed on to third parties. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Liability
    LiveFresh is not liable for technical faults, failures of the competition or other events that are beyond the control of LiveFresh. Claims for damages against LiveFresh are excluded, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12. Miscellaneous
    Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
