Performance Marketing Manager: In

Tasks:

• You take care of the planning, implementation and optimization of performance marketing campaigns for all social media channels and Google Ads
• You responsible for our Paid channels and Paid campaigns and control budgets
• You control the communication & projects with our external performance agencies
• You make A-/B tests for optimizing performance
• You are driving the further expansion of performance marketing
• You develop your own ideas to increase the reach of the pay channels, observe the competition and proactively create strategies for our further development
• You responsible for tracking, analysis and reporting of all important key figures as well as the derivation of recommendations for action

Your profile:

• Completed Bachelor studies or better
• You enjoy researching and analyzing connections and developments in large data records
• You have an independent, goal -oriented, accurate and conscientious way of working
• You are very committed, have digital trends in view and bring a good feeling for our target group
• You want to push growth together with us and continuously question our status quo.
