Ingredients (2 portions):
½ cauliflower
Parmesan cheese
Panko breadcrumbs
Paprika
1 red onion
200g low-fat quark
Fresh parsley
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp curry powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
Preparation:

Wash and trim the cauliflower and cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick

Put a pan of water on to boil and cook the cauliflower slices for approx. 10 mins.

Next, mix the Panko breadcrumbs with the walnuts, Parmesan, paprika powder, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and fresh parsley

Now remove the cauliflower slices from the heat and leave to drain

Then turn the cauliflower slices in the breading, press down firmly and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Bake the cauliflower steak for approx. 20-30 mins. at 200°C

Meanwhile, wash and chop the peppers, onion and parsley

Mix the quark with the peppers, onion and fresh parsley
-
Finally, serve the cauliflower steaks with the dip on a plate and enjoy!
