Ingredients (2 portions):
8 tablespoons of oatmeal
4 tablespoons of nut mix
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
½ TL cinnamon
½ TL sea salt
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 vanilla pod
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them well.
- Place the mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the mass to approx. 1 cm thickness.
- Bake the whole thing for 15 minutes at 160 ° C in the oven.
- Let the baked mixture cool briefly and cut the granola to the desired size.
