Ingredients (approx. 4 bars):
30g buffed quinoa or roasted wheat
100-120g of dark chocolate (vegan)
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath until it is liquid.
- Add the quinoa and mix it with the chocolate.
- Mix a small pinch of salt.
- Fill the mass into a bar form and leave it to cool for about 6 hours.
