Ingredients (5 rolls):
5 pretzel buns
200-250g crème fraîche
2 spring onions
salt
pepper
Preparation:
- First spread the defrosted pretzel rolls with crème fraîche
- Then cover the rolls with the spring onions and season with salt and pepper
- Now place in the preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 20 mins.
- Enjoy this delicious tarte flambée snack!
