2 big thick carrots
45ml soy sauce
15ml peanut oil
½ TL smoke salt
1 TL paprika powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
5G misopasten
5G mustard
Preparation:
- First preheat the oven to 180 degrees of circulating air
- Then gradually peel the washed carrots with a kitchen peeler, so that Bacon is created similar
- Then stir the soy sauce, the peanut oil, the smoke salt, the paprika powder, the garlic powder, the miso paste and the mustard for a marinade
