Vegan Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients (2 portions):

Chickpea soy fettuccine

Vegan mince

1 carrot

2 large tomatoes

1 onion

1 garlic

1 tin of strained tomatoes

Fresh basil

Preparation:

  1. First cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions
  2. Next, finely chop the onion, garlic, tomatoes and carrots
  3. Now fry the onion and garlic briefly in a pan with a little olive oil, add the vegan mince and fry everything briefly
  4. Then add the carrots and chopped tomatoes, stir everything in well and continue to simmer over a low heat
  5. Finally, add the canned tomatoes and season to taste with salt, pepper and fresh basil
  6. Serve the pasta with the sauce on a plate and enjoy!
