Ingredients (1 tray):
1 large kohlrabi
olive oil
20g panko flour
salt
pepper
paprika powder
Onion powder
Preparation:

Peel the kohlrabi into chips and place them in a bowl

Now add the olive oil, panko flour and the spices and mix well

Then place the fries on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 200°C for approx. 25 mins.

Serve with a dip of your choice
