Ingredients (1 tray):
1 large kohlrabi
20g panko flour
Peel the kohlrabi into fries shape and put them in a bowl
Now add olive oil, panko flour and the spices and mix well
Then put the fries on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes at 200°C.
Serve with a dip of your choice
