Vegan low carb fries

Crispy, aromatic French fries. The perfect side dish with a lot of enjoyment, but unfortunately not without a guilty conscience. With our delicious Kohlrabi fries recipe you keep the pleasure aspect, but save on carbohydrates and calories.

Ingredients (1 tray):

1 large kohlrabi

Olive oil

20g panko flour

Salt

Pepper

paprika powder

Onion powder

Preparation:

  1. Peel the kohlrabi into fries shape and put them in a bowl

  2. Now add olive oil, panko flour and the spices and mix well

  3. Then put the fries on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes at 200°C.

  4. Serve with a dip of your choice
