Overnight Oats are a delicious and nutritious breakfastwhen it has to go fast in the morning. The combination of oatmeal, oat milk, chia seeds and hemp seeds leaves you well and energetic start to the day. With a delicious topping of bananas, yogurt and chocolate, this breakfast becomes a real treat.

Ingredients (1 cup):

1 cup oatmeal

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

¼ cup vegetable milk

1 banana

2 tsp yogurt

Chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Put the oatmeal, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds and optional sweetener in a bowl and mix everything together well

  2. Now cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and pour the Overnight Oats into a jar

  4. Top with bananas, yogurt and the chocolate

  5. Enjoy!
