Ingredients (1 cup):

1 cup rolled oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

¼ cup plant-based milk

1 banana

2 tsp yogurt

chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Put the rolled oats, oat milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds and optional sweetener in a bowl and mix everything together well

  2. Now cover the bowl and put it in the fridge overnight

  3. The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and pour the overnight oats into a glass

  4. Top with bananas, yoghurt and chocolate

  5. Enjoy!
