1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup oat milk

espresso

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Sweetener to taste

Preparation:

  1. Put the rolled oats, oat milk, espresso, chia seeds and optional sweetener in a bowl and mix everything together well

  2. Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge overnight

  3. The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and pour the tiramisu into a bowl

  4. Now mix the yoghurt, espresso and sweetener for the topping

  5. Garnish the breakfast with the topping and cocoa
