Ingredients (1 cup):

1 cup oatmeal

1/4 cup oat milk

Espresso

2 tablespoons chia seeds

Sweetener to taste

Preparation:

  1. Put the oatmeal, oat milk, espresso, chia seeds and optional sweetener in a bowl and mix everything together well.

  2. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. The next morning, take the bowl out of the fridge and pour the tiramisu into a bowl.

  4. Now mix yogurt, espresso and sweetener for the topping

  5. Garnish the breakfast with the topping and the cocoa
