Veggie halloumi burger

We love burgers! This burger really appealed to us and made our eyes light up in our creative kitchen. With delicious halloumi and a fluffy wholemeal bun, your burger happiness nothing stands in the way. Enjoy the taste.

Ingredients (2 portions):

2 wholemeal burger buns

2 halloumi cheese

½ avocado

1 cucumber

1 tomato

1 onion red

1 romaine lettuce head

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

1 teaspoon paprika powder

Tzatziki sauce

Some tomato paste

Agave syrup


  1. Marinate the halloumi with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika powder and a little tomato paste 

  2. Now slice the onion

  3. Then place two pans on the stove, fry the halloumi and onions in one pan and fry the burger buns in the other pan until golden brown

  4. In the meantime, wash and slice the vegetables, wash the lettuce and tear off the leaves

  5. Finally, add the tzatziki to the burger buns and gradually top with the salad, halloumi and vegetables

  6. Enjoy!
