Diese Ofen-Bowl kombiniert aromatisches Ofengemüse mit würzig gebratenem Halloumi und einer cremigen Feta-Joghurt-Sauce. Durch das Rösten im Ofen entwickeln Süßkartoffel, Rote Bete und Brokkoli intensive Röstaromen, während der Rotkohl in der Pfanne leicht karamellisiert und eine angenehme Süße bekommt. Das Ergebnis ist eine ausgewogene, sättigende Bowl mit viel Geschmack und verschiedenen Texturen.

    Prepare the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.

    Cut the vegetables: Cut the sweet potato into cubes. Cut the beet into thin slices. Halve the baby broccoli. Cut the onion into wedges. Cut the red cabbage into thin strips.

    Roast the oven vegetables: Place the sweet potato, beet, broccoli and onions on a baking tray. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and optionally mix lightly with oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until everything is soft and slightly caramelized.

    Roast the red cabbage: While the vegetables are in the oven, heat a large frying pan. Sauté the red cabbage with a little salt (and optionally a little oil) over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes until it softens and starts to roast slightly. This causes it to lose its raw spiciness and gives it a slightly sweet flavor.

    Fry the halloumi: Cut the halloumi into slices. Fry in a non-stick pan without additional fat on both sides until golden brown (approx. 2-3 minutes per side).

    Feta yoghurt cream: Mash the feta with a fork. Mix with yogurt until a creamy consistency is achieved. Season to taste with pepper.
