1 medium sweet potato
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 tablespoons agave syrup
100g dark chocolate

Peel the sweet potato, cut it into pieces and boil them in a pot of water until they are soft. Now you can let the potato cool down and mash it to a puree.

Then put the sweet potato puree in a bowl and add cocoa, agave syrup and melted dark chocolate. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed
