1 Tikka Masala Bowl from LiveFresh
2 tomatoes, diced
200g green asparagus
1 tablespoon sesame
Shiracha sauce to taste
Preparation:

Thoroughly rinse the quinoa and cook according to the instructions on the package, then let cool.
