Asparagus with parmesan and tomatoes in the oven is an absolutely delicious dish. The freshness of the asparagus pairs perfectly with the sun-ripened tomatoes and the savory flavor of Parmesan.

Ingredients (2 servings):
250g tomatoes (preferably cherry tomatoes)
50g parmesan (freshly grated)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody end
Place the asparagus on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and season with chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Then halve or quarter the tomatoes and spread over the asparagus.
Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and the tomatoes are lightly browned.
Then sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the baked asparagus and tomatoes and bake for another 5 min.
Remove from the oven and serve
