Ingredients (12 servings):

1 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp almond butter

1 banana

1 handful of walnuts

1 handful of dates

1 Measuring spoonLiveFresh Protein mix - vanilla

 

Dark chocolate drops

1 shot of oat drink

Preparation:

  1. Cut the banana into small pieces and place in a blender with the walnuts, oats, dates and protein powder. Blend everything until smooth

  2. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a dash of oat drink to create a malleable consistency

  3. Now add the chocolate chips and stir in

  4. Now form small balls from the mixture, about the size of a table tennis ball

  5. Then place the balls in the fridge for around 30 minutes to allow them to firm up a little

  6. Enjoy the taste!
