1 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 banana
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of dates
1 Measuring spoonLiveFresh Protein mix - vanilla
Dark chocolate drops

Cut the banana into small pieces and place in a blender with the walnuts, oats, dates and protein powder. Blend everything until smooth
