4 pitted dates

200g fresh blueberries

scoop LiveFresh Proteinmix - vanilla (optional)

Yogurt for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Place the dates, blueberries and oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth. If the protein powder is used, it should also be added at this time

  2. Now add the chia seeds and stir well
