2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup oat milk
4 pitted dates
200g fresh blueberries
1 scoop LiveFresh Proteinmix - vanilla (optional)
Yogurt for garnish
Preparation:

Place the dates, blueberries and oat milk in a blender and blend until smooth. If the protein powder is used, it should also be added at this time
