Healthy mini gingerbread

Looking for a recipe for super tasty gingerbread? We've got just the thing for you! Our spicy mini gingerbread cookies are both healthy and low in sugar, making them the perfect gingerbread recipe for the Christmas season!

Ingredients (2 trays):

90g coconut flour

10g ground hazelnuts

70g erythritol

8g baking powder

20g baking cocoa

5g gingerbread spice

40g half-fat butter

2 eggs



  1. First preheat the oven to 170 °C fan oven

  2. Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Then spread the mixture into the silicone molds and place in the oven for approx. 10 min.

  4. Finally, leave to cool and sprinkle with gold dust or powdered sugar

  5. Enjoy!
