1 bell bell pepper

50g quinoa

Preparation:

  1. First wash, halve and deseed the peppers

  2. Now prepare the quinoa and the exotic bowl according to the packet instructions

  3. Then add the quinoa to the exotic bowl, mix well and pour into the bell pepper halves

  4. Finally, cover with vegan cheese and place in the oven for approx. 20-25 mins.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
