Ingredients (6 portions):

1 pack of puff pastry



1 egg


  1. First wash the apples and cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick
  2. Then cut the puff pastry into strips approx. 1 cm thick
  3. Now add a little cinnamon to the apple rings and wrap them in the strips of puff pastry
  4. Finally, place the wrapped apple rings on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk and place in the oven at 180°C for approx. 15 to 20 mins.
