Ingredients (1 portion):

30g rolled oats

10g protein mix vanilla

5g erythritol

pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp apple sauce

½ tsp baking powder

100ml milk

10g dark chocolate

½ apple



  1. First puree all ingredients except the chocolate and apple in a blender

  2. Then pour half of the batter into a small baking dish

  3. Then spread the dark chocolate on top and pour the remaining batter on top

  4. Now place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C fan oven

  5. Finally, caramelize half the chopped apple with a little cinnamon and erythritol in a hot pan and spread over the finished baked oats

  6. Enjoy!
