On each day of the cleanse, you drink only the 7 juices and 3 shots made from fruits and vegetables, along with water and unsweetened tea. One bottle every two hours, totaling 743 kcal per day. No shopping, no cooking, no snacking out of habit. The decisions are made for you for a few days—all you have to do is drink what’s on the schedule.
Developed by Dr. Ulrike Fischer based on scientific research. The juices contain vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C, and biotin.

For whom
Three questions that one day will answer.
You've been thinking about the juice cleanse for a while now, but one question is holding you back. Now there's just one day instead of three.
Will I be able to stick with this?
A day with a steady rhythm—one bottle every two to three hours. By evening, you'll know.
Will I like this?
Seven different juices and three shots, ranging from fruity to green. You'll try them all—not just one.
Do I want to spend €76 on that?
You don't have to. Just try it for one day for €35.00, and then you can make your decision based on experience rather than hope.
That's exactly what this day is for.
Here's what's inside
Everything you drink on a day off.
The order is listed on each bottle. You can adjust the times to fit your schedule; just make sure to keep the order the same.

A day isn't a fresh start. But it's the beginning of one.
It answers one question: whether a juice cleanse is right for you. The reset itself starts with three days. That’s exactly where your trial day will lead you, if it’s a good fit. And if not, you’ll have found out for €35.00 instead of €76.00.
You'll know if you like the juices.
You can tell how a day at the Kur is going for you: the rhythm, the afternoon, the evening.
You decide after the fact, not beforehand.

juice cleanse based on scientific evidence.
Dr. Ulrike Fischer holds a Ph.D. in nutrition and is in charge of product development at LiveFresh. She created the juice cleanse that you’ll drink on your trial day: each bottle is designed for a specific time of day, carefully balanced to include vitamin D, vitamin K, vitamin C, and biotin.
„It's an ideal way to break old habits and start eating more mindfully. I recommend it to anyone who wants to effectively supplement their daily nutrient intake."

Who We Are
Who is LiveFresh?
A manufacturer with 100% value added.
When we started out in our garage in 2016, one thing was always clear to us: to make the best product. To this day, as a team, we handle everything ourselves—from raw materials to production—right here in Neuhausen ob Eck in southern Germany.
That’s why we can offer you a single-day batch: You get exactly what’s in every cleanse—from the same production run and the same cold chain.
Benedikt Schellinger and Simon Storz, founders of LiveFresh
Cold-pressed, not heated
Our juices are preserved using HPP: The bottled juice is subjected to high pressure—not heated on the stove. This means the juice tastes like it was just freshly squeezed and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
In-House Production
Pressed and bottled in Neuhausen ob Eck in southern Germany; no ingredients are sourced from outside.
Refrigerated and packaged in 100% recycled materials
Your package will arrive refrigerated within 1 to 2 business days and is made entirely of 100% recycled cardboard—even the insulation. Put everything in the paper recycling bin.

FAQ
Questions Before the First Day.
Will I be hungry?
In between drinks, you can have as much water and unsweetened tea as you like. How the day feels to you is exactly what you'll find out. That's why it's one day—not three right away.
Do I like the juices?
Seven different juices and three shots, ranging from fruity to green. By the end of the evening, you'll know which ones you like.
Can I work as usual that day?
Yes. The bottles are numbered and distributed throughout the day. You can take them to the office or leave them in the fridge at home.
How are the juices delivered, and how long do they last?
Packaged refrigerated, shipped within 1 to 2 business days, €4.95 shipping fee. Once delivered, the juices can be stored refrigerated for up to 4 weeks; the best-by date is printed on each bottle. So you can choose any day you like to try them.
Can I extend it to 3 days after that?
Yes. After your trial day, you'll receive your cleanse code via email, valid for 3, 5, or 7 days. A one-time deposit applies to the bottles; the amount will be shown separately in your shopping cart.
