Your tasks:

As a Junior Creative Manager (m/f/d) you are part of our Social Ads team and support the development and implementation of high-performance creative for our paid social channels (MetaTikTok & Co.) - from the first briefing to the finished video or image.

Do you think in hooks, understand storytelling and want to combine creativity with performance? Then you've come to the right place.

Yourtasks:

  • Copywriting & Storytelling: You support the writing of performance-oriented ad texts for Meta & TikTok - from the hook to the call toto-action
  • You develop creator briefings for UGC and performance videos together with the team
  • You analyze existing ads and derive optimization ideas and iterations
  • You proactively create new ideas for ad creatives and develop innovative ad formats
  • You research trends, competitors and new creative approaches
  • You cut authentic creator videos and ad creatives (e.g. with CapCut) in 9:16 format
  • You create visually strong canvas designs, thumbnails and graphics for our ad campaigns

Your profile:

  • First experience in copywriting or creative writing, ideally in marketing, social-media or e-commerce environment
  • Very good sense of language and feel for the tone of voice - You can put yourself in the shoes of our target group and recognize what motivates them and motivates
  • Very good German spelling
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • High level of initiative and motivation to learn new things
  • Interested in digital trends and performance marketing
  • Nice to haveExperience with CapCut, Canva or similar tools
