Ingredients (1 portions):

1 Hokkaido pumpkin

A little olive oil

Preparation:

  1. First cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds
  2. Next, wash the seeds and place them on a kitchen towel to dry
  3. Finally, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and then place the pumpkin seeds on a baking tray and place in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
