Preparation:
- First cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds
- Next, wash the seeds and place them on a kitchen towel to dry
- Finally, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder and then place the pumpkin seeds on a baking tray and place in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
