Ingredients (2 portions):
10 sheets of rice paper
100g rice pudding
1 can of coconut milk
1 handful of blueberries
5 strawberries
1 kiwi
½ papaya
½ mango
1 banana
1 passion fruit
peanut butter
Soy yogurt
Other fruit of your choice
Preparation:
Cook the rice pudding in the coconut milk according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, wash, dry and cut the fruit. We recommend different shapes, such as strips and slices. Pour lukewarm water onto a plate or into a bowl. Place the rice leaves in the lukewarm water and soak them briefly on both sides. Place the soaked rice sheets on another plate and top with rice pudding, fruit and toppings as desired. Finally, roll up the rice sheets with toppings and serve with peanut butter and soy yoghurt. Enjoy your meal!
