Vegan asparagus fries

Ingredients:
35g chickpea flour
100ml plant milk
1/2TL mustard
25g planko breadcrumbs
75g Parmesan
25g black sesame
pinch of salt
250g of asparagus
Preparation:
- First mix the chickpea flour with the plant milk of your choice
- Mix the mustard and salt with a whisk in the plant milk
- Mix the breadcrumbs, the Parmesan and the sesame on a plate
