350g cauliflower
Oil for frying
1 tsp paprika powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
To serve:
6 small corn tortillas
avocado
Romaine lettuce
Paprika
Onion
Tomato
Red beans
Lime

Preparation:

Divide the washed cauliflower into small florets, mix together with the spices in a bowl and place in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
