Ingredients (6 tacos):
For the cauliflower:
Oil for frying
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
6 small corn tortillas
Vegan cream Legere
Divide the washed cauliflower into small florets, mix together with the spices in a bowl and place in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 min.
Meanwhile, wash and chop the vegetables
Then bake the corn tortillas in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
Now fill the tortillas with some vegan Creme Leger, roasted cauliflower and the vegetables and top with freshly squeezed lime.
