Ingredients (4 portions):
400g rice
1 broccoli
1 tbsp sesame oil
Tahini-peanut sauce:
3 tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup
5 tbsp water
1 garlic clove
1 piece of ginger
½ lemon
Toppings:
Peanuts
sesame seeds
Spring onions
Lemon
Preparation:

The first step is to cook the rice according to the packet instructions

Wash the broccoli, cut into small pieces and cook for approx. 2-3 minutes, rinse the broccoli and set aside

Then cut the prepared tofu into cubes, coat with the sesame and breadcrumbs mixture and fry in a hot pan until golden brown

Meanwhile, mix together all the ingredients for the tahini-peanut sauce

Finally, place the rice in a bowl or deep plate, add the broccoli and sesame tofu and top with the sauce, peanuts and fresh lemon
