Oatmeal with a difference as Oatmeal casserole from the oven! The baked oatmeal contains no industrial sugar and is packed with healthy ingredients for a balanced breakfast.

Ingredients (1 portion):

2 bananas

Handful of blueberries

100g oat flakes

1 tbsp peanut butter


  1. First preheat the oven to 180 °C

  2. Now mash the bananas with a fork

  3. Then mix all the ingredients together and pour into a baking dish

  4. Finally, place in the oven for approx. 30 mins.

  5. Leave to cool and enjoy!
