Ingredients (2 portions):
500g spelt flour
1 packet of dry yeast
200ml milk
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
75g sugar or sugar substitute
Topping:
Xylitol
Cinnamon

Preparation:
- First knead all the ingredients together, cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes
- Next, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into strips about 1 cm thick
- Now wrap the rolling pin with aluminum foil, brush with butter and also wrap the dough around the rolling pin
- Now place the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
- Finally, grease with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and enjoy!
