A lively and fresh LiveFresh team has developed from a 2-man team within a short space of time. We produce fresh, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices in our production facility. Thanks to the innovative HPP (high pressure processing) shelf life method, the juices are never treated with heat and the properties of freshly squeezed juice and vitamins are preserved.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person for our quality management and product development department as soon as possible

Tasks:

Quality management:

• Ensuring compliance with the EU Organic Regulation and carrying out certification
• Support with external audits and their follow-up
• Implementation of product and process control according to IFS Food in our production in close cooperation with the shift supervisor
• Monitoring and analyzing complaints for continuous improvement
• Taking on administrative activities in the area of quality management (e.g: Creation and implementation of training courses, creation and review of documents, etc.)

Product development:

• Supporting the product development team in the development of new products as well as the optimization of existing products
• Planning and carrying out test series and sensory tests
• Documentation and presentation of development processes and results

Requirements:

• Completed studies in the field of food technology, quality management or a comparable qualification
• Ideally professional experience in quality management (food industry)
• An independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
• A high degree of personal responsibility
• A high level of motivation and reliability
• A strong awareness of hygiene and quality
