What often happens is that the order confirmation in the spam folder folder. Be sure to check there!

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by phone or e-mail.

You can order our products from the comfort of your own home in our online store order. 

You can also find our products offline in selected supermarkets.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to schedule orders with us.

Yes, a change to the shipping address is possibleas long as your order has not yet been processed and you have not received a shipping confirmation. Please contact us for this as soon as possible by e-mail to order@livefresh.de and tell us the correct delivery address with.

Important: Ideally, the change of address should within 15 minutes of your order as the shipping process may already be too far advanced. Changes are only on working days (Mon.-Fri.) between 09:00 and 16:00 possible.

We use dry ice to keep your order fresh and frozen.

Dry ice is condensed carbon dioxide (CO₂)
with a temperature of approx. -80 °C. It is an ideal way to keep a cool
temperature for the transportation of frozen products. In
our case, we prepare our boxes with sufficient dry ice to keep them
for at least 36 hours. Nevertheless, dry ice can be quite
dangerous and it is important to take some safety measures when handling it.
