If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, we can usually still update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at bestellung@livefresh.de and provide us with the correct address.
However, once your package has been shipped – meaning you’ve received a shipping confirmation – it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the address, as the data has already been passed on to the shipping provider.
But don’t worry: via the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, you can choose from the following options with the delivery provider:
– Specify a drop-off location
– Delivery to a neighbor
– Pickup at a parcel shop
Note: Changes may delay delivery by one to two days.
