During the cure you eat a maximum of 1200 kcal per day. The daily kcal vary
due to the different snacks and meals. Depending on your own calorie needs, you will save 600 - 1100kcal per day.

It is true that too muchfructose is not good for our health. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

• Fructose is only questionable when consumed at a rate of 80g per day. This amount must be consumed over a longer period of time to be harmful.
• Not all fructose is the same. The fructose in our juices is of natural origin, because it comes from our fruits and vegetables.
• Critical, however, is above all that in many industrially manufactured products oodles of fructose is contained, because this makes the production cheaper. These are consumed over a longer period of time and thus only the questionable amount is reached.
• Ourjuice cleanse is a way for your body to recover from everyday stresses and we recommend a change of diet after the juice cleanse to pay special attention to avoid unnecessary fructose in industrially manufactured products.

A diet rich in fructose can promote a fatty liver. The juice cleanse should not be a permanent diet, but only for a maximum of 7 days, in order to relieve the intestines and to introduce a healthier diet. In this short time you do not need to worry. It depends on how you eat after that.

We are completely honest with you! In fact, if you have a fructose allergy, we do not recommend our products.

The allergens e.g. apples or carrots belong to the proteins, i.e. they can be denatured by heat and thus inactivated. However, our juices are not heated during production & preservation. They are pressure-pressed & preserved. This process is much gentler on heat-sensitive substances such as vitamins. As expected, the allergens should also be preserved. In practice, however, we have received increasing feedback from customers that they have not noticed any allergic reaction to our apple juice. Among other things, the apple variety also plays a decisive role in the amount of allergens. Older apple varieties are less allergenic than newer, overbred varieties. This could be another indication why some allergy sufferers have not noticed any symptoms when consuming our apple juice. However, since allergic reactions vary greatly from person to person, no conclusive and uniform statement can be made in this regard. Perhaps you should first test a few juices from us carefully. Apple is included in many of our juices.

Our juices naturally contain fructose. Diabetics are usually given a recommendation or guideline by their doctor as to how many carbohydrates they can consume per day or meal. You should follow this guideline.

Note: A calorie is not the same as a calorie. The decisive factor is how the ingredients affect the body.
