Ingredients (2 portions):
For the pasta chips:
300g rigatoni pasta
100g vegan parmesan (optional yeast flakes)
olive oil
1 toe garlic
Paprika powder
Salt pepper

For the herb dip:
150ml soy yogurt
Salt pepper
Fresh herbs
1 splash lemon
½ garlic clove
Preparation:
Pasta chips:
