Step 1: Familiarization and structure building

  • Learn about the products, processes and values of LiveFresh intensively.
  • Analyze and reactivate existing B2B sales structures. 
  • Establish initial contacts with existing customers and develop new opportunities to optimize cooperation.

Step 2: Expand B2B business in the DACH region

  • Develop strategic approaches for new customer acquisition and market penetration.
  • Open up new sales channels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Negotiate with key accounts and build long-term partnerships.

Step 3: Take on management responsibility as Head of B2B Sales

  • Lead the B2B sales team and develop it strategically.
  • Be responsible for sales and earnings targets in the B2B business.
  • Steer the sales strategy at national and international level and ensure that KPIs are achieved.
  • Your tasks:
  • Supporting and developing our existing sales channels in food retail (LEH), system catering, hotels and restaurants.
  • Acquiring new business partners in the B2B sector and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Developing and implementing sales concepts to increase our presence in various channels.
  • Continuously analyzing the market and our competitors to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Negotiating framework agreements and ensuring sales and earnings targets are met.
  • Working closely with internal departments such as marketing and product development to optimize the marketing of our products.
  • Regular reporting and optimization of sales strategies based on KPIs.
  • Your profile:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing or a comparable field.
  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector or in the food industry.
  • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of market developments and trends.
  • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a structured way of working.
  • High self-motivation, enthusiasm for healthy nutrition and the ability to quickly find your way in a dynamic environment.
