Sweet potato tarte flambée

200g sweet potatoes

50g spelt flour

1 tsp salt

Ingredients for the topping:

50g yogurt

Salt

Pepper

Parsley

Preparation:

  1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces and boil them in a pot of salted water for about 10 min.

  2. Drain the water and mash the sweet potatoes to a pulp.

  3. Now put the spelt flour and the salt in a bowl and add the sweet potato mashed potato

  4. Knead the ingredients with your hands into a dough and roll it out thinly on a floured work surface

  5. Then place the dough on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes at 220°C.

  6. While the tarte flambée dough is in the oven, prepare the Ras El Hanout Bowl according to the instructions on the package.

  7. Now you can season the yogurt with some salt and pepper and chop the parsley.

  8. Take the dough out of the oven, spread it with the yogurt and distribute theLiveFresh Ras El Hanout Bowl on top.

  9. Sprinkle the tarte flambée with parsley and serve it
