Sweet potato tarte flambée

Ingredients (1 tarte flambée):
200g sweet potatoes
50g spelt flour
1 tsp salt
Ingredients for the topping:
50g yogurt
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Preparation:

Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into small pieces and boil them in a pot of salted water for about 10 min.

Drain the water and mash the sweet potatoes to a pulp.

Now put the spelt flour and the salt in a bowl and add the sweet potato mashed potato

Knead the ingredients with your hands into a dough and roll it out thinly on a floured work surface

Then place the dough on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes at 220°C.
