165g pitted dates

10g sunflower seeds

15g linseed

15g chia seeds

50ml maple syrup

40g almond butter


Dark chocolate

Coconut flakes

Chopped pistachios

Quick-frozen strawberries


  1. The first step is to chop the dates in a blender

  2. Now add all the dry ingredients and mix everything together well

  3. Mix the maple syrup with the almond butter, heat and add to the mixture

  4. Then press the mixture into a suitable mold and place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours

  5. Finally, decorate with toppings and enjoy!
